Villa Sofie is located in a quiet and preferred residential area in southwest Cape Coral, just a few minutes' walk from Cape Harbour. The neighborhood is ideal for leisurely walks and cycling. The villa is situated on a large corner lot and is furnished in a European modern style.
In the 160 square meter pool and terrace area there is a solar-heated pool, two large sunbathing areas with 4 sun loungers and a garden table with space for up to 6 people.

The fully air-conditioned Villa Sofie offers 3 bedrooms (2x king size, 2x twin size) and two bathrooms on 195sqm of living space. The en-suite master bathroom has double vanities, bathtub and large shower. The second bathroom functions as a pool bath with a combined shower/bathtub. The large kitchen with granite countertops is equipped with Stainless Steal Appliances. The living room with 55" Smart LED HDTV and a comfortable couch invites you to relaxed TV evenings. Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
