Villa Casa Lucida in a quiet location in the southwest of Cape Coral offers 4 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds) and 3 bathrooms (master bathroom with large jacuzzi bathtub) and thus space for the whole family. Relax by the large pool with spa and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun. The pool is electrically heated so that nothing stands in the way of water enjoyment even on cooler days. The house is equipped with TVs in the living room and in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.
Electricity consumption is charged separately at $ 0.20 per kwh consumed. Small dogs are welcome and there is a $ 100.00 fee + tax per stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
