The Movie Star is a unique new home in Southwest Cape Coral near Beach Pkwy and Sands Blvd. The stylish villa is modern and furnished in the spirit of the big cinema. The highlight is clearly the large outdoor area with heated pool and spa. Enjoy the view of the canal from the comfortable sun loungers or pass the time with a game of pool or cornhole. The new Sands Park with playground, tennis and pickle ball courts is only a short five minute walk away. Please note that electricity is charged separately at $0.20 per kwh.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house offers enough space for up to 8 people. The bedrooms are furnished with two king-size and two queen-size beds. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The junior suite also offers an en-suite bathroom with shower, this bathroom also serves as a pool bath. The guest rooms share a bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen and the gas grill on the terrace leave nothing to stand in the way of culinary delights. A large dining table indoors and on the lanai both offer space for up to 8 people. All bedrooms as well as the living room and the lanai are equipped with Smart TVs. There is also a fitness room with a bike, yoga mat and dumbbells for a workout.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
