Inside the house you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with enough space for up to 6 guests. Each room has a TV and Bose SoundTouch systems. The modern fully equipped kitchen impresses with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Tarpon Point Marina and Rotary Park. Explore the neighborhood by bike or water with the complimentary canoe or stand up paddle board. A gas grill is available on the terrace for barbecues. Please note that electricity consumption is billed separately at $0.20 per kwh.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
