The Villa Rose Garden is located in one of Cape Coral's best residential areas near Tarpon Point Marina and Rotary Park. The villa was completely renovated in 2023 with new bright tiles, new kitchen and completely new furniture. Enjoy the view of the lake from the south-west facing terrace with pool and screen. The villa has 3 bedrooms with one king bed and two queen beds and hosts up to 6 guests. Electricity consumption is charged separately at $0.20 per kwh.

In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill is available on the lanai. The bright dining area with seating for 6 has access to the pool deck through sliding doors. The evening can be ended well in the cozy living room with Smart TV. In addition, there is another sofa for bookworms in the front area. The master bathroom offers a spacious shower and double sinks and also has access to the pool deck.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
