The Villa Nova is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Cape Coral, the Rose Garden. Located within walking distance to Rotary Park, this villa has 3 bedrooms (1x king size bed, 1x queen size bed, 2x twin size beds) and 2 bathrooms. The Rose Garden area is ideal for bike rides, or relaxing walks through the neighborhood or some of the small nature trails such as the Glover Bight Trail, which offers a viewing platform overlooking the mangroves.
Villa Nova was renovated and refurbished in 2018. Two dining areas and two living rooms offer enough space for the whole family. Enjoy the sun all day long on the south facing pool deck. A freestanding Jacuzzi is available for relaxation on colder days. Electricity usage is billed separately at $0.20 per kwh.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
