Villa Desirade in the southwest of Cape Coral is located directly on the Bonnie Canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Inside the house there are three bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queen beds) for a total of 6 guests. The master bathroom has two separate sinks, a large walk-in shower and a bathtub. The second bathroom was completely renovated in 2019 with a walk-in shower with rain shower and has direct access to the pool deck.
The open living space concept with a modern dining area and a combined office room with a play area through the table football offers plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped and stainless steel appliances are available. Let the evening fade away in the cozy living room with 50 "LED HD Smart TV or enjoy the warm Florida air on the covered terrace. The heated pool and spa invite you to swim even on cooler days.
Electricity usage is charged separately at $ 0.20 per kWh.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
