The Blue Marlin is a luxury new construction 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with large electrically heated pool and spa in popular Southwest Cape Coral on a freshwater canal. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people with 2 king-size and 2 queen-size beds. Enjoy the Florida sun on the spacious terrace, the outdoor kitchen with gas grill invites you to wonderful barbecues. Each bedroom, living room and terrace has its own TV.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen offers the perfect environment for hobby cooks. Enjoy meals either at the dining table overlooking the pool or directly on the terrace. The master bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and walk-in shower leaves nothing to be desired. The second master bath also functions as a pool bath. Please note that electricity consumption is billed separately at $0.20 per kwh.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
